Airbrush Do's & Don'ts

With in a few short minutes, you can improve the color and look of your skin without having to expose your skin to the crucial sun or tanning lamps from the tradition tanning bed. Airbrush solution only contains simple ingredient's that are approved by the FDA. So it safe to say, you're not exchanging one hazard for another.

Our spray tan solutions are not only safe for you skin, but improves the look of your skin as well! Whether your getting ready for an upcoming event, holiday or even just want to give your skin that sun-kissed glow, spray tanning is the way to go!

To ensure the proper application and desired results, it's VERY important to follow the Do's and Don'ts below.

Prepare for the glow!

For best results, exfoliate before your session and focus on the direct areas, elbow, knees, hands, feet and ankles.
The day of your session avoid moisturizers , perfumes, deodorant and make-up. These items create a barrier against the absorption of the solution during the application.
Prepare to wear loose breathable cotton clothing after the session during the development process. The bronzer may transfer on to clothing and bedding. It should not stain, however we cannot guarantee this. Its recommended to wear long sleeve and long loose pants to bed to prevent transfer of the bronzer. DON'T wear any tight clothing such as, jeans, spandex, athletic wear and boots. The wear of the items may cause uneven results after your application.
If it rains or snows the day of your service, it is recommended you bring an umbrella and wear proper attire. For any reason the weather effects your results after the application, it almost impossible to fix.
Please note that during the service you are more then welcomed to wear your "birthday suit" , swimsuit, under garments or the disposable under garments that we provide. However, if you opt to wear items during the application it will leave tan lines and once the application is applied to the body there is no reversing the tan lines.

Now That you're glowing!

Now that the application has been applied DON'T shower for 12-24 hours unless, your service application was Rapid Express. Rapid Express application recommend showering 2-3 hours after application.
DON'T exfoliate after the application and should avoid for the first 3-5days after application. Once you see the tan starting to fade, we recommend lightly exfoliating daily to have the tan fade as evenly as possible.
DON'T exercise or swim until after your first shower. Go easy around water the day of your spray tan. this excludes washing dishes and brushing teeth.
DON'T wash your face before your shower! Putting on make-up is okay, however you can't wash your face until your initial shower.
You will feel sticky and you're spray tan might have a slight odor during the development process. This is Normal and will go away after your initial shower.
Try not to touch your skin during the development process . Some cosmetic bronzer might gather in creases during the development process, this is normal.
Lastly and most importantly, try not to over think the way the tan is looking during the development stage. Once you shower, the cosmetic bronzer will wash off and Wala!! FABULOUS GLOW!!
